Aamir will be portraying role of gym instructor in action-thriller Dhoom 3.Everyone is eagerly waiting for the movie which is scheduled to be release on Christmas day 2013.Dhoom 3 first look is out and Aamir is looking stunning in the first look showing off his toned bare back.One question is on everyone’s mind ,will Dhoom 3 break records of Chennai Express.Chennai express has surpassed 202 crore record of 3 idiots.Katrina Kaif will be playing love interest of Aamir Khan in the movie and even she had learned mixed martial arts and Parkour.

Aamir khan hired British fitness expert Gerald Zarcilla to train him MMA and Gymnastics. Aamir khan is not new to body building , everyone saw his chiseled body in Ghajini. Dhoom3 character he plays needed him to be lean and toned unlike bulkier in Ghajini. Aamir khan Dhoom 3 workout includes 2 hours of regular gym exercises and martial arts training. He has also be swimming for an hour everyday.He even trained with Tiger Shroff for the movie. Here is sample weekly workout routine similar to what Aamir khan followed for Dhoom 3.It is a five day per week routine,every exercise 4 sets with 12-15 reps.
